Stephanie Thomeczek CEO/Executive
Director
As
the CEO/Executive Director of F.A.C.T., Stephanie Thomeczek leads the team toward
collaboration with area entities, focuses on the six core results and builds relationships.
Stephanie has lived in Hannibal since 2005 and joined F.A.C.T. in December of 2008 Though her
career has been varied, most of her professional work has involved youth and service.
Stephanie worked for many years with high school and college students as a college recruiter
in central Missouri. After relocating to Hannibal, she joined the ranks of health educators
focused on tobacco eduation and policy change initiatives. Stephanie enjoys decorating,
singing and spending time with her children. Stephanie can be

Community Coordinator
Sandy Caswell
Community Coordinator
A long-time Hannibal resident, Sandy Caswell has taken over the
responsibilities as Community Coordinator for TriCo Smokebusters. She works with teens to
help them avoid smoking and to spread the word on the dangers of tobacco. In her free time
Sandy enjoys decorating, teaching, serving at her church, travelling extensively and spending
time with her family.

Paula Sue Cleary

Paula Sue
Cleary officially joined the F.A.C.T. staff in October 2010 and serves as Executive Assistant to
the CEO/Executive Director. Paula is a native of Hannibal, although she spent some time in Kansas
City, Missouri and in Oklahoma. She returned to Hannibal in 1991 to raise her two sons, Andrew and
Nathaniel, with her husband James. She has enjoyed many years volunteering in the schools and is
